Med en nyimplementation av Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insight Journeys behövde de en strukturerad plan för automatiserad kundkommunikation – för att möta ökade krav på effektivitet och driva försäljningstillväxt. ***"Homerun har samlat in konkreta insikter och omvandlat dem till en plan för effektiv marketing automation. Arbetet inkluderade: - Genomförande av workshops, intervjuer och enkäter med kunder, distributörer och interna team. - Identifiering av centrala utmaningar och möjligheter för automatiserad kommunikation. - Kartläggning av alla affärsbehov i relation till deras nuvarande system- och datainställning. #### **Resultatet** En plan för automatiserad kundkommunikation som säkerställer konsekvens, skalbarhet och kundfokus. Planen innehöll: - Tre centrala kundresor, direkt kopplade till affärsmålen – redo att implementeras. - En handbok för automatiserad kommunikation i linje med Dormer Pramets tillväxtstrategi. - En roadmap för löpande optimering, där verktyg, data och insikter används för att stötta tillväxtmålen.
